We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To meet our return requirements, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and labels still attached and in its original packaging, exactly as it was when you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that your item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 to 15 days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Late or missing refunds:

Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@peaufresh.com
Shipping:
To return your product, you can contact us at info@peaufresh.com . You will then be provided with a return address.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be advised, in case you are returning items over $75, You may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
